About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Motion Graphics Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through animation, visual effects, and dynamic storytelling.
The ideal candidate has a robust foundation in classic motion design principles but is also forward-thinking, with hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI video tools to enhance workflow and creative output. Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept to Completion: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including social media ads, explainer videos, brand stories, and marketing campaigns.
Software Proficiency: Execute designs primarily using Adobe After Effects, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.
AI Integration: Utilize Generative AI video tools (such as Runway, Pika, Mid-journey for video, or similar) to generate assets, explore creative concepts, or streamline post-production processes.
Asset Management: Edit and repurpose existing video content, audio, and graphics to fit various formats and aspect ratios.
Social Media Focus: Collaborate with the marketing team to design content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Google Ads, ensuring adherence to platform-specific trends and best practices.
