nWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT or software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.
NKey Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, andgenerate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, and other lead generation channels N
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets N
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships N
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions N
- Handle end-to-end salescycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure N
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates N
- Manage key accounts andexplore cross-selling / upselling opportunities N




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities N
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management N
- venue generation, deal closure rate, client acquisition, and overall contribution to company growth N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 0-3 years of experience in IT / Software Services Sales N
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets N
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills N
- Experience in B2B salesand international client handling (preferred) N
- Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, custom software, etc. N
- Strategic thinking withstrong closing ability N
