Job Description

To lead the design and integration of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems ensuring seamless interface with electrical and building services while maintaining reliability and safety standards.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and coordinate ELV system designs including CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, and fire alarm systems.
Review drawings, schematics, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Coordinate ELV integration with electrical and mechanical systems.
Conduct design validation and optimize system layouts for performance and cost.
Support execution teams with technical clarifications and commissioning inputs.
Review vendor submissions and ensure interface compatibility

Minimum Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering

Language Skills

Proficient in English and local language for in office coordination

Nature of Ex.

Design and coordination of ELV systems for large-scale building projects with knowledge of NFPA, BICSI, BIS, and TIA standards.
