NRole Objective
nDrive revenue growth and brand presence for our Instant Noodles range in overseas markets. Responsible for developing new distributors, managing existing accounts, and building the brand in assigned regions.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Business Development & Market Expansion
N- Identify and develop recent markets for Instant Noodles in Africa, Middle East, SE Asia, GCC, USA, EU, etc.
N- Appoint, train and manage distributors, importers, and key retail accounts
N- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual export sales targets in volume and value
N- Conduct market visits, trade fairs, and B2B meetings for lead generation
N2. Channel & Customer Management
N- Build relationships with modern trade, cash & carry, ethnic stores, and food service channels
N- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs,



and annual contracts with partners
N- Monitor distributor performance: off-take, secondary sales, distribution reach, SKU listing
N3. Product & Brand Management
N- Work with R&D;/Packagingto adapt products for local taste, halal, regulatory, and labeling norms
N- Drive brand activation,sampling, and in-store promotions with distributors
N- Track competitor activity: pricing, SKUs, promotions of Top Ramen, Nissin, Indomie, Maggi, etc.
N4. Operations & Compliance
N- Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, and Regulatory for export documentation, shelf life, certifications
N- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, Halal, COI, and destination country F&B; laws
N- Manage pricing, margins, forex hedging, and credit control. Minimize overdue
N5. Reporting & Strategy
N- Prepare market-wise sales forecasts, market entry plans, and P&L;
N- Submit weekly reports on pipeline, competitor intel, and market feedback
