Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain company services/products and convert leads into customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services.




Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
