- 10–20 years in sales ofmedical devices or surgical disposables. N
- Minimum 5 years in a national or regional leadership role. N
- Proven experience in disposable syringes is highly preferred. N

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the national sales strategy. N
- Appoint and manage state-wise distributors and super stockists. N
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team. N
- Drive sales in: N
- Government institutions N
- Private hospitalsn
- Corporate hospital chains N
- Medical collegesn
- Institutional buyers N




- Trade and distribution channels N
- Increase market share across India. N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Work closely with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns. N
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts. N
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends. N
- Ensure effective forecasting, inventory planning, and sales reporting. N
