Job Description

Raipur Builder is looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural design and project execution, supporting innovative solutions and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and coordination.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and implementation.
Support client meetings and presentations when required.
Research materials, construction methods, and design trends.
Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications.
Develop basic 3D models and renderings for presentations.




Maintain project documentation and records.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic to intermediate BIM knowledge
Understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.

Skills
Skills Knowledge of Lumion or similar rendering software.
Awareness of sustainable design practices and Vastu principles.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
Basic client interaction experience
