nAs a Design & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting prospective homeowners into delighted customers by understanding their requirements, creating customized interior solutions, and driving project closures. You will own the customer journey from initial consultation through design presentations and sales conversion while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

- Bachelor's Degreeor Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. N
- 3–6 years of experiencein Interior Design, Interior Sales, Modular Furniture Sales, or Home Improvement Sales. N
- Experience handling residential interior design projects. N
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp (preferred) N
- Space Planning & Modular Design Tools N
- Strong communication and presentation skills. N
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation abilities. N
