Role Description The Post-Sales Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing the customer journey after booking,



ensuring a smooth experience through agreement coordination, loan assistance liaison, documentation, and disbursement tracking. The manager will maintain regular communication with buyers, address queries, manage escalations, and provide proactive updates on project progress, payments, and key milestones. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with sales, finance, and banking partners, maintaining accurate CRM records, and preparing status reports and dashboards for developers. The role also involves improving post-sales processes, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term relationship building with buyers and channel stakeholders.
