Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence & Compliance
 Ensure effective implementation of daily operations including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and floor supervision.
 Maintain compliance with internal processes by regularly conducting and passing Go Audits and ensuring operational readiness.
 Manage cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accuracy in cash transactions.
2. Sales & Profitability Management
 Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed Turnover, ABV (Average Bill Value), and Margin targets.
 Monitor key sales KPIs and take proactive measures to improve Conversion Rate, Average Basket Value, and Average Selling Price (ASP).
 Track and report Service Revenue (e.g., personalization, warranty packages, after-sales services), ensuring consistent upselling and value-added service performance.
3. Customer Service & Satisfaction
 Lead the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
 Maintain and improve CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)



scores for both product and service experiences.
 Implement service best practices and coach the team to drive service excellence, especially during peak periods.
4. Team Leadership & Performance
 Lead and inspire store staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
 Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to enhance individual and team capabilities.
 Organize daily briefings and weekly meetings to review KPIs, action plans, and store priorities.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
 Supervise accurate quarterly inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and ensure adherence to stock policies.
 Maintain low shrinkage levels through effective inventory controls, loss prevention strategies, and team training.
 Monitor Stock Rotation Ratio to ensure timely movement of stock, reduce aging inventory, and optimize space.
