nKey Responsibilities
NBusiness Development & Sales
NIdentify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
NGenerate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound activities.
NConduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
NNegotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
NClient Relationship Management
NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with existing and prospective clients.
NUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
NEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
NMarket Research & Strategy
NMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
NDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
NIdentify current markets, partnerships, and customer segments.




NSales Pipeline Management
NMaintain accurate recordsof leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
NTrack sales performance and prepare regular reports.
NEnsure timely follow-ups and conversion of prospects into customers.
NCollaboration & Reporting
NWork closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
NProvide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
NContribute ideas for process improvements and business growth initiatives.
NRequired Qualifications
NBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
N3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
NProven track record of lead generation, business acquisition, and revenue growth.
NStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
