About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to support our HR Operations team during a crucial transition phase. The role requires an individual with strong operational HR knowledge, excellent understanding of HR systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilitie
sEmployee Lifecycle Managemen
tManage and support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and offboarding procedures
.Ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of all lifecycle processes
.HR Operations & Complianc
eExecute day-to-day HR operations while ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and statutory compliance
.Manage employee records and maintain high accuracy in HR documentation
.HR Systems & Data Managemen
tWork extensively on HR systems for data entry, HR reporting, audits, and system-driven processes




.Ensure data integrity, prepare HR dashboards, and support system enhancements as needed
.Employee Engagement & Support (Operational Level
)Assist in executing engagement initiatives and provide support to employees on HR-related queries
.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery

Required Skills & Qualificatio
ns4–5 years of experience in HR Operation
s.Robust understanding of HR processes, HR policies, and compliance framework
s.Hands-on expertise in HRIS / HR systems and data managemen
