Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other performance channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Day-to-day work includes managing budgets, tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign data, and preparing performance reports to guide strategic decisions.



The manager will collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging, effective landing pages, and ongoing A/B testing.
