Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the consultant engages with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable destinations and packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, handling reservations for flights, hotels, and activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution. The consultant provides responsive customer service, resolves issues before and during travel, and maintains accurate records in booking and CRM systems. The role also involves meeting sales targets, following up on leads, and contributing insights to improve HAPTRIP’s offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and packaged tours.
