About the Role:
This role is critical to managing the Agile team backlog, ensuring alignment with product priorities and development efficiency for T–Mobile’s Commissions and Compensation platforms. These platforms support the calculation, processing, and delivery of incentive compensation across the enterprise, leveraging Oracle–based systems and AWS cloud infrastructure to handle high–volume, business– critical workloads.

What You’ll Do:




Evaluate integration requests for feasibility, scalability, reusability, and alignment to platform standards.
Facilitate synchronization meetings with other product owners and mentor peers to enhance product ownership capabilities.
Validate complete user stories to ensure it meets acceptance criteria, quality expectations, and readiness for deployment.
Support product managers in creating and managing product vision and technical roadmaps related to scope.
Align with peer Product Owners during planning increments and sprint planning to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of Magenta Pulse features.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, or related field, plus 3+ years of related work experience; or advanced degree with 1 year; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience with information architecture components and enterprise solution design.
