Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our operations in Chennai, India. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of restaurant operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our establishment's success, balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality and strategic business growth.




Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery during all shifts
Set the tone for exceptional guest experiences through warm, polished service standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and mutual respect
