The Role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and experience with Azure to lead our cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation, observability, reliability, and DevSecOps initiatives. This is a highly hands-on senior-level role responsible for architecting, implementing, troubleshooting,



and continuously improving Redica’s infrastructure while providing technical leadership and mentoring across Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Own the architecture, deployment, and operation of AWS production infrastructure, with Azure as a secondary cloud.
Design secure, highly available, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud architectures across compute, networking, storage, databases, security, and platform services.
Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Design and operate container platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, ECS/Fargate, and Helm; support Azure AKS where appropriate.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, deployment, rollback, and release processes; apply GitOps practices where appropriate.
