We're looking for someone organized and personable to manage guest RSVPs and communication for weddings — making sure no detail slips through the cracks and every guest feels taken care of.
What you'll do
Track and manage RSVPs across guest lists (digital + phone/email follow-ups)
Chase down non-responders with warm, friendly reminders
Keep guest data accurate — meal choices, plus-ones, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs
Communicate with couples/planners on real-time RSVP counts and deadlines
Update seating charts and headcounts as responses come in
Handle guest questions about logistics (venue, dress code, travel, etc.)
What we're looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication — warm but productive
Highly organized, comfortable with spreadsheets
Detail-oriented — small errors (wrong meal count, missed plus-one) matter
Calm under pressure as deadlines approach
Discreet and professional when handling guest info
