What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Research and identify potential clients
• Make outbound calls and connect with prospects
• Communicate with decision-makers and understand their requirements
• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings and support the sales process




• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records
• Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve targets

Who We’re Looking For
✅ MBA Freshers who specifically want to build a career in Sales / Business Development
✅ Specialization in Sales & Marketing / Business Development preferred
✅ Solid verbal and written communication skills
✅ Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
✅ Confident, persuasive and target-oriented
✅ Willing to work from office and actively engage with prospects
✅ Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/lead management and communication tools
