About Navayaa
Navayaa is an emerging D2C women’s ethnic-wear brand focused on building a modern, premium Indian fashion brand.
We are at an exciting early stage and have already received nearly 100 orders within our first 2 months, primarily through Meta marketing. This gives us strong initial validation and an opportunity to scale aggressively.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Founder/Co-Founder who:
• Is genuinely passionate about building a business from the ground up
• Is willing to invest capital into Navayaa
• Ideally based in Kolkata or willing to work closely from Kolkata
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and takes ownership
• Is passionate about fashion, D2C, e-commerce and branding
• Can make decisions independently and execute quickly
• Is ready to work hands-on and build the business long-term
Key Responsibilities
• Business strategy and growth
• Product sourcing and vendor management
• Marketing and customer acquisition
• Meta Ads and performance marketing
• E-commerce and website growth
• Brand building and positioning
• Influencer and creator collaborations
• Operations and customer experience
• Financial planning and scaling

• Nearly 100 orders in the first 2 months
• Customer acquisition primarily through Meta marketing
• D2C website already operational
• Early product-market validation
• Strong chance to scale further
Investment & Equity
This is a Founder/Co-Founder opportunity, not a conventional salaried job.
The selected candidate should be willing to invest capital into Navayaa. Equity/ownership will be discussed based on investment, experience, contribution and overall role in building the company.
