Role Description The Presales Manager – IT will lead and manage presales activities,



working closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and position IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software solutions for prospective clients. This full-time in office role in New Delhi involves understanding client requirements, conducting solution presentations and demos, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and supporting bid management and pricing. The Presales Manager will collaborate with technical experts to translate business needs into solution architectures, create compelling technical and commercial documentation, and ensure alignment with customer expectations. The role also includes building strong client relationships, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, tracking market and technology trends, and contributing to presales processes, tools, and best practices to drive growth across enterprise and public sector accounts.
