About the Role

We're a premium D2C lab-grown diamond and fine jewellery brand looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to own and scale non-brand organic traffic and organic revenue across our e-commerce catalogue. This is a growth-and-execution role — you'll work across technical SEO, category/PLP-led growth, content clusters and analytics, partnering closely with product, engineering, content and merchandising teams. We value outcomes (organic revenue), not vanity rankings.

Key Responsibilities
Own and grow non-brand organic traffic and organic revenue across the catalogue.
Run technical SEO — crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, JS SEO, Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
Optimise e-commerce templates end to end — PLPs, PDPs, category pages, filters/facets, collections and internal linking.
Manage indexation and crawl efficiency across thousands of URLs.




Build content/topic clusters around both commercial and informational intent.
Do keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis and search-intent mapping.
Analyse organic performance in GSC + GA4 at keyword, landing-page, category and product levels.
Diagnose organic traffic/revenue drops and identify the right intervention.
Partner with product, engineering, content and merchandising teams to ship SEO improvements.

Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in large-scale e-commerce/consumer internet.
Prior experience with leading e-commerce companies (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, AJIO, or similar) preferred.
Strong technical SEO across crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, JS SEO, Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
Robust e-commerce SEO across PLPs, PDPs, category pages, facets, collections and internal linking.
