- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.E. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage N
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage N
- Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks N
- Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution. N
- Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality. N
- Encourage teams to increase productivity N
- Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt. N
- Alignment TCS delivery process N
- Right escalation in thecase of identified risk N
