Role Description The Assistant Manager/Manager–Key Accounts role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore metropolitan area. The role involves managing relationships with key customers, understanding their project requirements,



and coordinating internally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of elevator solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client communications, preparing proposals, supporting tenders and bids, and tracking project milestones and after-sales support. The individual will work closely with technical, sales, and service teams to address client issues, negotiate terms where required, and strengthen long-term business partnerships. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for account growth, and maintaining detailed records and reports for key accounts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with key clients and internal teams.
