SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Support BIM modeling activities by developing accurate models and drawings under the guidance of senior team members.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in developing 3D BIM models as per design inputs.
Prepare and update shop drawings and documentation.
Support senior modelers and leads in clash detection and coordination.
Maintain model documentation and version control.

BIM Coordinators – Task coordination and model validation
Design Engineers – Inputs and design clarification

Consultants (via BIM Lead/Coordinator) – Design updates and issue resolution
