Role Description The Back Office Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The role involves handling incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and managing order processing and documentation. The executive will coordinate with logistics and delivery partners, maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and update customer and product information in internal systems.



Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with existing and potential customers via email and phone, supporting the sales team with reports and data, and ensuring timely communication regarding order status. The role also includes basic inventory coordination, maintaining organized files, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
