Role Overview
Tricog Health is seeking an experienced System Administrator to own day-to-day IT operations
and lead a small IT support team. The role combines hands-on SaaS, endpoint, and
on-premises infrastructure administration with governance responsibilities aligned to our
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS). The ideal candidate is
a self-driven, technically solid operator who can balance service delivery, security, and
documentation while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Team Leadership
● Lead and mentor the IT support team, allocating tickets and ensuring SLA adherence via
Zoho Desk.
● Oversee daily IT operations, incident response, and escalations across HQ, Branch offices
and International Offices.
● Maintain uptime and reliability of core infrastructure, endpoints, and business applications.
● Drive continuous improvement of IT processes, runbooks, and standard operating
procedures.

SaaS & Platform Administration
● Administer Google Workspace – user lifecycle, groups, shared drives,



DNS/email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security policies.
● Manage Jira Cloud – projects, permission schemes, workflows, and user provisioning.
● Administer Slack – workspace configuration, channels, integrations, and access governance.
● Manage Zoho Desk – ticket queues, automations, agent roles, and reporting.
● Handle identity and access management across platforms, enforcing least-privilege and
MFA.

On-Premises Infrastructure
● Manage on-premises infrastructure including firewalls, managed switches, WiFi access points, and development servers.
● Configure and maintain network devices, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across sites.
● Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting for infrastructure, endpoints, and services.
Endpoint & OS Administration
● Provide endpoint support and administration across Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, and macOS.
● Manage device provisioning, patching, and antiviru
