- Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region N
- Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets N
- Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region N
- Build solid relationship with partners N
- Review and ensure Policy Compliance N
- Manage costn
- Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners N
- Reviewing and reportingon daily/weekly/monthly Performance N
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets N
- Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule N
- Resolve operational andother technical issues in the Region N
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis N
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region N
- Ensure that delivery isin line with budgets and key performance indicators N
- Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members N
- Manage risk for all theservices in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements. N
- Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front. N
- Exposure in crowd management. N
- Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage. N
