Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Community Manager to join
Nour QL Business Inner Circle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing
Nand engaging with Business Inner Circle (BIC) members in assigned cities, handling
Ntheir business-related queries, and guiding them on how our coaching programs
Ncan help scale their businesses and generating referrals to grow the BIC community.
NYour primary objective will be to interact with BIC members who are eligible for our
Nbusiness coaching program, understand their business needs, explain the coaching
Nroadmap, and pass on qualified prospects to the sales team for closure.
NThis role requires someone who is confident, business-minded, and comfortable
Nworking with MSME business owners. We are looking for someone who can build
Ntrust with clients and support revenue growth through structured client
Nengagement.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Meet BIC members and prospective premium clients in person and
Nunderstand their businesschallenges and growth goals. Also generate
Nreferrals from happy BIC members to grow the BIC community in that city.

- Explain how the coaching roadmap and services can help scale their
Nbusiness.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for business-related queries from
Ncommunity members.

- Identify members eligible for coaching programs and qualify them based
Non business details and problem statements.

- Handover qualified leads to the sales team for closure.

- Follow up with clients in the decision or payment stage to ensure they
Nsign up for coaching services.

- Drive BIC membership renewals by building strong relationships, tracking
Nrenewal
