Role Description The Human Resources Assistant Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping coordinate training and development activities. Responsibilities include updating HR databases and HRIS systems, preparing HR documents, supporting benefits-related queries, and helping organize employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves assisting with recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, and supporting HR team projects, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee data.
Understanding of basic Benefits Administration and interest in learning compensation and employee welfare processes.
