? CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
? Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring and recruitment operations for our ITES organization.
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven recruitment experience in Banking / Financial Services / BFSI / Corporate Banking processes
✅ Solid experience in volume hiring, bulk hiring and campus hiring
✅ Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team
✅ Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and hiring closure skills
✅ Coordination with HR, Operations and clients
✅ Experience in client coordination and client visits for recruitment discussions, manpower requirements and hiring closures
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements,



recruitment targets and ensure TAT-driven closures
