ElderGo is a Bengaluru-based travel company running all-inclusive group trips for Indian seniors (60+). We take care of everything — flights, hotels, food, on-ground care — so that people in their 60s, 70s and 80s can travel the way they always wanted to but never got the chance. Our travellers come back with new friends and new stories, and many book their next trip before the first one ends. We are a small, fast-moving team, and technology runs through everything we do — from how leads reach our sales team to how trips get managed.
The Role
We have built an in-house software system that powers our sales, marketing, and operations. We are looking for our first full time developer to take ownership of this system and grow it with us. This is not a role where you'll be one of fifty developers maintaining someone else's decisions. You will be the developer — working directly with the founder, shaping how a real,
revenue-generating business runs its technology. Every improvement you ship gets used by the team the same week. You will see the impact of your work in the business, not in a ticket queue. We work heavily with modern AI-assisted development tools — you'll spend your time thinking and solving, not typing boilerplate. Who Should Apply
At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with non-technical colleagues.
Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be.
