We are seeking an experienced person with over 8 - 10 years of experience in HRMS implementation, digital HR transformation, and HR technology management. The ideal candidate to have hands-on experience implementing and managing HRMS platforms, particularly Darwinbox and HROne, while partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes and drive technology adoption. Also manage Learning Management System, (LMS) and its workflow along with facing ISO and BCMS audits – both internal and external.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Drive implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Darwinbox and HROne HRMS platforms.
Gather business requirements from HR & Business stakeholders and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
Manage HR technology initiatives across Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance.
Management, Engagement, Rewards, Expense and Employee Self-Service, LMS modules.




Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely project delivery.
Design and execute data migration, validation, and system integration with third party applications.
Develop testing strategies including UAT, system testing, and defect resolution.
Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations by analysing HR data and identifying actionable insights.
Maintain HR technology documentation, SOPs, process manuals, and audit records.
Support and coordinate ISO and BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) audits, including preparation for both internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and compliance requirements.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to HR and business users.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous process improvements.
