Role Description The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end visa application process. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, explaining visa types and eligibility criteria, and assisting with form filling and documentation. The role involves checking documents for accuracy and completeness, scheduling appointments, coordinating with embassies or visa centers, and tracking application status.



The Visa Counselor will respond to client queries via in-person meetings, phone, and email, maintain records in internal systems, and ensure all procedures comply with current visa regulations and guidelines. The individual is expected to collaborate with colleagues, meet service and quality standards, and provide clear, respectful, and timely communication to every client.

Qualifications
Strong client service orientation, with the ability to listen carefully, explain procedures clearly, and handle inquiries in a qualified and supportive manner.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, including confident speaking, accurate writing, and clear email and phone correspondence.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing forms and documents, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple applications and deadlines.
