NWhat You'll Own
n1. Books & Closure

- n
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure — P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow N
- Maintain accounting accuracy across Tally and other systems used in the business N
- Ensure ledger hygiene —accruals, provisions, and schedules are complete and current N
n2. Statutory Compliance
N
- n
- Own GST and TDS working, filings, and reconciliations end-to-end N
- Maintain a live compliance tracker with due dates, owners, and status N
- Keep documentation audit-ready as a standing practice, not a pre-audit scramble N
n3. Reconciliations& Controls
N
- n
- Own bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and system-vs-bank matching N
- Reconcile vendor and partner payouts against operational records N
- Flag and resolve mismatches quickly — no aging or unexplained variances N
n4. Statutory AuditSupport
N
- n
- Be the primary point of contact for the statutory auditor (EY) on day-to-day queries N
- Prepare audit schedulesand supporting documentation ahead of requirement N
- Close audit queries andobservations within agreed timelines N
nWho We're Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory N
- Prior experience with aBig 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) — mandatory N
- 5+ years total post-qualification / total work experience N
- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings N
- Hands-on experience with books closure and bank reconciliation N
- Comfortable working directly with statutory auditors N
