Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities with Foundries and OEMs, nurture existing client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to understand technical offerings, translate them into clear value propositions, and provide accurate solutions to clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and contributing to sales forecasts, reporting, and strategic planning.
Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors, preferably in foundry, casting, 3D printing, or engineering services, with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
