Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Representative – Lead Generation (1–2 years experience). The role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers for Haptik’s products through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.



Responsibilities include researching target accounts, building prospect lists, initiating contact, and setting up meetings or product demos for the sales team. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track lead status, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outreach campaigns. The role also involves updating stakeholders on pipeline progress and providing feedback to improve messaging and lead generation strategies.
