Role Description The GRC Trainer role at Thinkcloudly is a part-time, remote position responsible for delivering high-quality training in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) topics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating course materials, designing structured lesson plans, and conducting live online training sessions and workshops for learners at various skill levels. The trainer will explain complex GRC concepts in a clear and practical manner, provide real-world examples, and guide learners through hands-on exercises and case studies.



Additional responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, supporting interview preparation, and collaborating with the team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, PCI-DSS) and related industry best practices.
Experience in IT security, risk management, audit, or compliance roles, with the ability to translate practical experience into effective training.
Proficient in creating transparent training materials such as slide decks, case studies, labs, and documentation tailored for diverse learner backgrounds.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage remote learners and explain complex topics simply.
