As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven Account Director who will act as a senior strategic partner to clients while ensuring strong internal collaboration, commercial discipline, and consistent delivery across accounts.

Role Description
Own senior level client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction,



retention, and long-term partnership.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the scope of work across existing clients.
Manage account commercials, budgets, scope, and resource utilisation while ensuring healthy account margins and profitability.
Develop account growth strategies, quarterly plans, and integrated digital marketing roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects across creative, performance marketing, content, social media, and other digital functions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the account management team, establishing clear ownership, performance expectations, and career development plans.
Lead senior-level client presentations and reviews, proactively manage escalations, and ensure effective communication of priorities, risks, timelines, and outcomes.
