Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles across B2B, SaaS, Fintech, Banking, and BFSI businesses. The role requires deep experience in hiring for senior and niche technology positions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build scalable hiring strategies for fast-growing business units.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hiring for technology roles across backend, frontend, full stack, DevOps, cloud, data engineering, cybersecurity, QA, product engineering, and architecture roles.
Partner with business leaders, engineering heads, product teams, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Drive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, niche communities, talent mapping,



and competitor intelligence.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs in B2B, SaaS, fintech, banking, and BFSI domains.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
Track hiring metrics, improve funnel efficiency, and ensure timely closure of critical roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, compensation alignment, and selection criteria.
Support employer branding and market positioning for technology hiring.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for niche tech roles.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a robust focus on
