NRole Summary
nThe Team Lead – 3D Design is responsible for leading the conceptualization, visualization, and execution of spatial design solutions for live events, exhibitions, brand activations, retail experiences, and immersive environments. This role combines creative leadership with technical expertise, ensuring the delivery of innovative, production-feasible, and client-centric design solutions.
NThe incumbent will mentorand guide a team of 3D designers, uphold design quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting creative, commercial, and operational objectives.

- Lead the development of innovative 3D concepts, layouts, and spatial experiences for events, exhibitions, experiential campaigns, retail environments, and brand activations. N
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, high-quality renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials. N




- Drive design excellenceby ensuring all outputs align with the client's brand identity, campaign objectives, and experiential strategy. N
- Review, critique, and approve design outputs from the team before client presentations and production. N

- Lead, mentor, anddevelop a team of 3D designers by providing regular guidance, constructive feedback, and technical support. N
- Allocate projects and manage team workloads to ensure optimum utilization and timely delivery. N

- Identify skill gaps andfacilitate learning opportunities to enhance team capabilities. N
