N1] Drive end-to-end salesclosures for commercial office spaces and retail properties.
N2] Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to convert qualified leads.
N3] Build robust relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and Channel Partners.
N4] Ensure timely deal closures while maintaining CRM updates and achieving sales targets.
NWhat We're Looking For:
N1] 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, preferably in office spaces and retail properties.
N2] Strong negotiation andclosing skills with a proven track record of high-value commercial transactions.
N3] Experience working with developers, corporate clients, investors, and Channel Partners.
N4] Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
