About the Prospect:
We are looking for a commercially astute, financially strong, and execution-focused business leader to join the Office of the Managing Director.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can work closely with senior leadership, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, coordinate across departments, strengthen financial and operational discipline, and ensure that critical business commitments are delivered on time.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted execution partner to the Managing Director, providing visibility into business performance, identifying operational and financial risks, driving cross-functional accountability, and supporting faster, better-informed business decisions.
This is not an administrative support position.



It is an enterprise-wide business execution role with direct exposure to leadership, finance, operations, people, customers, vendors, banks, consultants, and strategic initiatives.

Your Core Mandate:
You will be responsible for helping the Managing Director and leadership team:
Convert strategic decisions into clearly defined execution plans.
Improve coordination and accountability across departments.
Strengthen cash-flow, working-capital, and financial-performance visibility.
Establish an effective management review and reporting cadence.
Identify business bottlenecks before they affect performance.
Ensure critical projects, commitments, approvals, and decisions are completed on time.
Build a culture of ownership, discipline, transparency, and measurable execution.
