Job Description:-
Store Visual Merchandising – Ensure consistent brand presentation and VM standards across all stores.
Product & Window Displays – Plan and execute impactful jewellery displays, windows, and regular product rotations.




Campaign & Collection Execution – Implement VM for new launches, campaigns, festivals, and seasonal themes.
New Store VM Setup – Manage complete VM setup and visual readiness for new store openings.
VM Audits & Maintenance – Conduct regular store audits and ensure timely correction of VM gaps.
Commercial VM – Optimize displays based on sales, inventory, ageing, and sell-through performance.
VM Inventory Management – Manage and track props, fixtures, signage, and other display materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Training – Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams and train store teams on VM standards.
Market Benchmarking & Reporting – Track VM trends and competitors and maintain store-wise VM reports and updates.
