Role Description
The Wealth Management Executive – Sales & Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting wealth management solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Daily activities include assessing client financial goals, recommending suitable investment and insurance products,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
The role also involves monitoring client portfolios, preparing performance reports, supporting compliance and documentation requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The executive will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and advisory teams to ensure high-quality client experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is compulsory in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in wealth management, banking, financial advisory, investment services, insurance, or related sales and operations roles.
Solid knowledge of Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs, develop strategies, and support long-term wealth goals.
