Role Overview
We are looking for a Category Sales Manager – HoReCa to lead and grow our HoReCa business across India. The role will be responsible for developing the HoReCa category, building relationships with key customers and channel partners, expanding our dealer and distributor network, and driving sales through a pan-India sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the HoReCa business across India
Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens and institutional buyers
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners catering to the HoReCa segment
Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the HoReCa business
Build and manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships
Lead, manage and drive the performance of the HoReCa sales team across India
Set sales targets,



track performance and ensure achievement of business goals
Work closely with sales personnel across different regions to develop new accounts and markets
Identify product requirements and market opportunities within the HoReCa segment and work with the internal team accordingly
Monitor market trends, competition and customer requirements
Drive revenue, margins and overall category growth

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in HoReCa Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales
Strong understanding and experience of the HoReCa market
Existing relationships with HoReCa customers, dealers and distributors will be an advantage
Experience in managing or leading a sales team across multiple regions
Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills
Proven ability to build new markets and drive sales
Strong commercial and target-oriented mindset
Experience in kitchenware, cookware, tableware, hospi
