Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment with a robust focus on headhunting niche and leadership profiles,



while overseeing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent, stakeholder management, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership positions.
Headhunt niche profiles across Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Private Equity, NBFC, AIF, Trustee Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Technology.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring strategies.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
Ensure timely closure of critical positions within agreed TAT.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality ta
