We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business goals across various industries.
Channel Oversight:
Lead and optimize performance across key digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators,



and analysts to ensure high-quality execution and continuous professional growth.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely reporting, and alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Growth Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for client growth through upselling, cross-selling, and cutting-edge marketing solutions.

Requirements
Experience:
4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
