Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closure.



The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, prepare proposals, and support long-term account growth. The role also involves monitoring market trends in virtual learning, providing feedback to leadership, and contributing to revenue forecasting and planning.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in creating persuasive proposals and reports.
