We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Caller to handle medical insurance claims follow-ups and accounts receivable collections. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, knowledge of billing processes, and experience in insurance follow-ups and denial management. Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies via phone and email on pending claims.
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims efficiently.
- Ensure timely claim submission and resubmission for maximum reimbursement.
- Document all interactions with insurance companies in the billing system.
